Job summary

ProGreen Synthetic Turf Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to align digital campaigns with local market needs in the Charleston area. You will support SEO, content creation, social media, and advertising efforts, coordinating campaigns across platforms to drive awareness and leads.

You will collaborate with sales, branch teams, and external partners, tracking performance metrics, preparing regular summaries, and ensuring content accuracy for websites and campaigns while using tools

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in marketing coordination, digital marketing or related role.
• Working knowledge of SEO, local search and AEO practices.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, website analytics, digital advertising platforms and social media reporting.
• Ability to create graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and organic performance.
• Support SEO updates, keyword research, titles, meta descriptions and links.
• Create content to improve visibility and attract customers.
• Review Google Search Console for changes in clicks, impressions, rankings, indexing.
• Identify issues and coordinate fixes with the team or partners.
• Support SEO and AEO to improve visibility in search engines and AI tools.
• Maintain Google Business Profiles and local SEO information.
• Coordinate campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
• Plan organic social content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Track reach, impressions, engagement, and growth.
• Coordinate events, marketing materials, and local outreach.
