Job summary

Denver Rescue Mission is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage digital communications across email, social media, and website content. The role supports campaigns, content production, and internal communications, collaborating with the Director of Digital Philanthropy and Marketing leadership.

You will adapt approved materials for multiple channels, contribute short-form video, and ensure brand consistency while meeting deadlines and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in an equivalent field or related area.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, CMS, social scheduling tools, or CRMs preferred.
• Willingness to learn HTML/CSS and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Creates, publishes, maintains, and reports on digital communications across email, social, website, and forms.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand-consistent content.
• Prepares quarterly email performance reports on KPIs.
• Updates content in Pardot, Salesforce, WeGive, Formstack, WordPress, and Monday.com.
• Maintains content quality, accessibility, and data privacy compliance across channels.
• Tracks projects in Monday.com and coordinates from brief to publication.
