FASTSIGNS Dublin & Westerville | BuildPro Sign Solutions in Columbus, OH seeks a creative Digital Marketing & Content Specialist for a part-time, freelance contract. You’ll own our digital presence, craft compelling project stories, and drive lead generation across social, website, and campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital marketing, strong writing and visuals, and comfort with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. Hybrid or remote arrangements offered, with flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Social Media Management: Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Content Creation: Showcase projects, customer stories, employee recognition, and company culture through photos, videos, and copy.
• Website & Digital Presence: Maintain website content, galleries, and service information; improve search visibility and engagement.
• Google Business Profiles: Keep location profiles current and support reviews and reputation initiatives.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop content and coordinate campaigns to promote services and generate leads.
• Content Coordination: Work with sales, design, production, and installation teams to collect stories and photos.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement, website traffic, and inquiries, with regular updates and recommendations.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to strengthen our online presence, showcase our capabilities, and help turn digital engagement into new business opportunities.

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for more than someone to schedule social media posts.

We want someone who can take ownership of our digital content, bring fresh ideas, tell compelling stories about our projects and people, and consistently promote the breadth of what we do.

This is a hands-on, part-time contract opportunity for someone who enjoys both creativity and marketing, works independently, and understands how a strong digital presence can support business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Content Creation: Showcase completed projects, customer success stories, employee recognition, company culture, and new capabilities through photos, graphics, videos, and compelling written content.
• Website & Digital Presence: Maintain website content, project galleries, and service information while identifying opportunities to improve search visibility and customer engagement.
• Google Business Profiles: Keep our location profiles current, promote recent projects, and support customer review and online reputation initiatives.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop content and coordinate targeted campaigns that promote our services, reach prospective customers, and support lead generation.
• Content Coordination: Proactively work with our sales, design, production, and installation teams to collect project photos, stories, and marketing opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor digital following & engagement, website traffic, and customer inquiries, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
• Experience managing professional social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with website content management, SEO fundamentals, Google Business Profiles, and email marketing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A self-starter who can independently identify opportunities, develop content, and follow through on execution.
• B2B marketing experience preferred, particularly in construction, manufacturing, or commercial services.
• Photography, videography, short-form video editing, and HubSpot experience are a plus.

Engagement Details

• Position Type: Part-time, independent contractor / freelance
• Hours: Approximately 8–12 hours per week initially
• Schedule: Flexible, with regular communication and agreed-upon deliverables
• Location: Columbus-area preferred; remote candidates considered
• Compensation: Based on experience and scope of work.
