Parse Biosciences, headquartered in Seattle, is hiring an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital campaigns across email, web, social, and paid media, and to strengthen brand awareness in the life sciences field.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Design, Communications, Sales, and Product Marketing to plan, execute, and measure performance, leverage data to optimize campaigns, and stay current with digital trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms and SEO, email, and paid digital channels.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate campaign activities and timelines with Marketing and stakeholders.
• Build and execute email campaigns with segmentation, testing, deployment, and tracking.
• Support website updates and optimization to improve engagement and conversion.
• Create and edit content consistent with brand voice.
• Support organic and paid social media activities and performance monitoring.
• Assist with paid advertising programs including search and display.
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance and lead generation metrics.
• Use insights to recommend improvements for campaigns and channels.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve organic search performance.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, Communications, Sales, and others on integrated campaigns.
• Maintain data in marketing platforms and systems and stay current on industry trends.
