Parse Biosciences, a QIAGEN company, is seeking an Associate Digital Marketing Manager in Seattle/remote to drive digital campaigns across channels. You will develop content, monitor performance, and leverage data to optimize campaigns and engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing and cross-functional teams to support integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to grow digital marketing expertise in the life sciences sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years of digital marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, web marketing, or related area.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Google Ads.
• Familiarity with email marketing, website content management, social media, paid advertising, and SEO.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, collaborative across teams; eager to learn new tools.
• Experience in life sciences or tech industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate campaign activities with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Build and run email campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking.
• Support website updates to improve UX and conversion.
• Create content aligned with Parse Biosciences' brand voice.
• Support organic and paid social media activities and performance monitoring.
• Assist with paid search, social, and display campaigns.
• Monitor and report on website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Use insights to optimize campaigns and channels.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve organic search.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, Communications, and Sales.
• Maintain data in marketing platforms and systems.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and test new approaches.
• Support additional projects as the business grows.
