Job summary

AEG is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to lead marketing dashboards, audience insights, and BI capabilities across marketing, ticketing, partnerships, ecommerce, and fan engagement. You will partner with multiple teams to implement tracking, analyze trends, and produce actionable insights that drive revenue and engagement.

The role requires building scalable reporting, maintaining data integrity, and guiding analytics maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and marketing performance analyses.
• Experience with digital analytics and campaign measurement tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and fan engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain marketing dashboards and reports.
• Set up tracking infrastructure, tagging standards, and attribution frameworks.
• Analyze fan, customer, and campaign data for insights.
• Support lifecycle marketing, personalization, and paid media optimization.
• Deliver reporting to stakeholders across departments.
• Assist forecasting, pacing, and performance measurement models.
• Collaborate with digital product and marketing teams to measure conversions.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and governance.
