Job summary

Remote Hunter LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support SEO and content strategy teams. You will analyze organic search performance, conduct keyword research and gap analyses, and translate findings into actionable strategies to improve traffic and conversions.

Collaborate with content creators and SEO engineers, run site crawls, and deliver data-driven insights to guide client campaigns and growth in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of agency or in-house marketing experience.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Understanding of search engine ranking factors and SEO tools.
• Experience with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Botify.
• Proficient analytics skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

About the Opportunity:

The DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST role supports SEO and content strategy teams by analyzing organic search performance, conducting research, and developing initiatives to enhance traffic conversion. This position plays a critical role in identifying opportunities for clients to improve their digital marketing outcomes through data-driven insights and collaborative strategy development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and gap analyses
• Perform persona- and buyer’s-journey-driven keyword research with analysts
• Collaborate with content strategy to identify content opportunities
• Run technical site crawls alongside SEO engineers
• Conduct competitive and market opportunity analyses
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal and client use

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in agency, in-house marketing, or similar environments
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
• Advanced Google Sheets skills for handling large datasets and complex formulas
• Understanding of search engine ranking factors
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Botify
• Proficiency with analytics packages and Google Search Console
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Initiative and curiosity, comfortable working in a team and learning new skills

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary: $65,000
