Company Overview:

Lime Vizio, Inc. is a pioneering enterprise at the forefront of the e-commerce landscape, specializing in Ventures Innovating in Marketplaces, Gifting, and Entertainment. We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketer to join our team and contribute to our mission of reshaping and energizing the digital marketplace through innovative strategies and cutting-edge approaches.

You will be involved in digital marketing activities around our core businesses such as flower marketplace, gifting b2b platform, entertainment marketplace, and construction marketplace

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from conceptualization to the evaluation of key performance indicators.

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy in alignment with Lime Vizio’s brand and product positioning, collaborating closely with the sales team and CEO.

Deep knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, PR, and Growth Hacking

Craft and test marketing copy to optimize engagement and conversion.

Manage and optimize marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion Rate (CR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Investment (ROI); conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.

Oversee media planning and maintain control over key performance metrics.

Conduct competitor analysis in the digital space and stay abreast of international trends.

Develop sales funnels and establish end-to-end analytics for comprehensive tracking.

Maintain basic reporting structures to ensure clear communication of marketing outcomes.

Engage in market research to understand audience segmentation and develop positioning concepts for various target groups.

Utilize hypothesis-driven approaches for verification and analysis.

Manage the client base through CRM implementation, RFM analysis, and strategies for dealing with returns and reactivation.

Actively participate in growth hacking initiatives, executing innovative ideas and strategies to rapidly scale our business.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in multichannel campaign planning and analysis.

In-depth understanding of various marketing channels and their core differences.

Expertise in key digital metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROI/ROMI, with the ability to make data-driven adjustments.

Knowledge of B2B marketing on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.

Familiarity with marketing automation logic and some practical experience in the area.

Strong proficiency in analytics systems, including GA4 and Google Data Studio.

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the conversion funnel.

Understanding of public relations tools and strategies.

Experience with SEO tools, preferably Semrush or Ahrefs.

Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot or its equivalents.
