Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer (Digital Systems) to drive data integration and reporting across the shop floor. The role partners with operations, engineering, and IT to translate manufacturing needs into technical solutions.

You will support MES/ERP integration, develop dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Qlik, and help define KPIs for actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing systems, data analytics, or system integration.
• Experience with MES, ERP, SCADA, and data visualization platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of manufacturing systems including MES, ERP, automation, and BI tools.
• Write SQL queries and assist ETL processes to enable data flow across systems.
• Participate in automation system integration projects and define data interfaces.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Collaborate to define KPIs and reporting requirements for data-driven decisions.
• Drive paperless initiatives and digital workflow improvements on the shop floor.
• Assist with UAT, validation, and commissioning of new digital systems.
• Document system architectures, data flows, and SOPs.
