Job summary

Hadrian is hiring a CNC programmer in Torrance, CA to develop production-ready CAM packages for high‑precision aerospace parts. You will craft 3‑ and 5‑axis programs, write setup instructions, and create robust 3D fixtures in NX for repeatable output across hundreds of units.

You will collaborate with software teams, analyze shop-floor feedback, and push development forward while production is live. Strong GD&T, CMM reading, and NC syntax skills are required.

Qualifications

• You've programmed 3- and/or 5-axis CNC machines for high-precision production parts.
• Experience in aerospace or similarly stringent environments with safety and quality standards.
• GD&T reading, CMM reports interpretation, and trend analysis for dimensional drift.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready CAM packages and CNC programs for complex, close-tolerance components.
• Author step-by-step work instructions so setup techs can run confidently.
• Model robust 3D fixtures in NX and ensure repeatability across hundreds of units.
• Close the loop with shop-floor feedback, dial in programs, and reduce bottlenecks.
