Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Digital Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on LED billboards and related components. The role includes troubleshooting, networking, and software support for advertising clients, with work at elevated heights and in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities include diagnosing digital display issues, climbing to billboard structures, and using mobile apps to manage tickets.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Electrical skills and wiring knowledge for signage.
  • Experience with digital displays or electronics preferred.
  • Proficient with computers, networks, and communications gear.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot digital display products, systems, and processes and diagnose/repair them in a timely, quality-conscious manner.
  • Climb billboard structures and work at heights up to 200’ for extended periods.
  • Open/close tickets and track work using mobile systems and applications.
  • Work with high/low voltage power distribution and data communication/networking.
  • Assist with emergency maintenance requests and safety procedures.
  • Operate aerial lift equipment and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and track warehouse inventory, and manage shipping/receiving of tools and parts.

## Digital Maintenance TechnicianApplylocations: Atlanta, GA (Marietta)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: Req23880Current employees and contingent workers click here to apply and search by the Job Posting Title.Clear Channel Outdoor**Job Summary:**The Digital Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair of existing LED Billboards and related components including but not limited to troubleshooting/diagnostics, maintenance, support of network hardware/software, and communication links in support of our advertising clients.**Job Responsibilities*** Responsible for troubleshooting digital display products, systems, and processes and accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair these systems in timely and quality-conscious manner.* Climb billboard structures, working at heights of up to 200’ for extended periods.* Utilize appropriate systems, mobile applications to open, close tickets and track work.* Work with high/low voltage power distribution and data communication/networking.* Analyze problems, communicate with Manager, and network operations center.* Respond to emergency maintenance requests.* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.* Operation of aerial lift equipment.* Install Out of Home (OOH) advertising copy on an auxiliary basis to assist Static Install Crew.* Maintain and keep track of warehouse inventory.* Shipping and receiving tools and parts associated with LED Billboards* Other duties as assigned.**Job Qualifications****Education and Certifications*** High School Diploma, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.**Work Experience*** Working knowledge of electrical skills and techniques and an understanding of electrical requirements for wiring general signage.* Experience safely utilizing construction tools / equipment and working on digital displays or electronics, strongly preferred.* Experience with computers, networks, communications gear, and other electronic components.**Skills*** Able to work independently and in a team environment.* Able to complete appropriate documentation and reports.* Able to operate with tools and carry ladders in a safe and effective manner.* Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).**Competencies*** **Action Oriented:** Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging.* **Attention to Detail:** the ability to see and pay attention to details; the ability to recognize the component parts of a procedure or object.
