Job summary

The American Connection Corps offers a full‑time AmeriCorps position hosted by Friends Of Parkside in Detroit. The ACC Member will help expand digital equity by delivering literacy training, supporting outreach, and coordinating volunteers at the Parkside Tech Hub and partner sites. Eligibility includes U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 17 years of age or older by start date.
• Not a prior AmeriCorps term >= four terms.

Responsibilities

• Support digital literacy training at Parkside Tech Hub and offsite locations.
• Assist with outreach, volunteer engagement, and data collection.
• Help develop course materials and adapt curricula for real-world use.
• Support partnerships and program evaluation activities.
