Lead For America's American Connection Corps (ACC) activates a talent pool of mission-driven individuals to serve in locally rooted organizations across 30+ states. ACC Members gain hands-on experience, on-the-job training, and explore career pathways while making a tangible impact in their community.

The program runs September 2026 to August 2027, with full-time service (about 40 hours per week) totaling 1700 hours.

Formación

• Passion for serving communities and connecting neighbors to digital tools and opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team; adaptable and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Support local host organizations on digital inclusion initiatives and community outreach.
• Engage with community members and leaders to identify opportunities for connection and collaboration.
• Conduct outreach, research, and training to support community-driven projects.
• Assist in project management and partnership development to build talent pipelines.
