Easter Seals Greater Houston, Inc. seeks a Digital Learning Specialist to boost independence and opportunity through technology for people with disabilities in the Houston area.

You will provide hands-on digital literacy instruction and connect clients with accessible and adaptive tools tailored to their needs and goals. In this full-time hybrid role, you will deliver training to diverse learners, coordinate with partners and community organizations, and stay current on assistive technologies

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience in education, disability, or technology-related field.
• 2+ years' experience facilitating community events and trainings.
• 1+ years' experience serving underserved populations or people with disabilities in non-profit, education, or disability services.
• Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver individualized and group digital literacy training to people with disabilities.
• Demonstrate adaptive technologies and accessibility features to clients.
• Assist with job searching, online applications, resume development, and virtual interviews.
• Conduct community outreach, technology demonstrations, and educational events to raise awareness.
• Collaborate with employers, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to expand access to resources.
