Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented sales administration support specialist for an entertainment industry role in Los Angeles. You will standardize license and pricing records, support avails, and coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure assets are ready for sale across TVOD, EST and PPV formats.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating Customer Notices, EMAs and general Avail Support.
• Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases.
• Deal entry of amendments and ongoing fulfilment of existing deals into company databases.
• Clear product for sale.
• Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment team.
• Ad hoc projects and requests as required.
