Happen Bank seeks a Financial Innovation Manager for Consumer Lending to shape next-generation lending products. You will design and test digital, low-doc origination experiences, and lead product initiatives from concept to market with a focus on credit risk, compliance, and customer outcomes.

You will collaborate across teams to implement AI-powered research and ensure fair lending practices while driving growth in personal loan offerings and new segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in consumer or small business lending fintech.
• Experience turning data into credit decisions using data signals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new lending products through the product development lifecycle (PDLC).
• Design a fast, low-doc digital origination experience from application to funding.
• Partner with Credit and Risk to combine data signals into a low-friction credit decision.
• Design decisioning paths for new/underserved segments with proper identity/verification.
• Design and test new personal loan variants and promotions to grow demand.
• Define metrics and use experiments to decide what scales.
• Develop the business case, pricing, and pilots, monitor portfolio performance.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Finance, leveraging AI while keeping fair lending and human judgment central.
