Responsibilities

• Engage members via SMS, chat, phone, and email to understand lending needs and connect them with lending and deposit solutions.
• Manage lending opportunities from inquiry through funding, including follow-ups and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate, timely, compliant member experiences.
