Job summary

EECU is seeking a Bilingual Financial Center Consultant II in Fort Worth to deliver personalized financial solutions and cultivate long-term member relationships. You will conduct financial profiles, open new accounts, and drive loan production while supporting a range of branch services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One-year minimum experience in a retail or financial environment that requires excellence in service while building exceptional rapport with members/customers.
• Retail Operations knowledge i.e. platform and teller operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably in all interactions with members.
• Bring enthusiasm and professionalism to EECU, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative selling sessions and perform financial profiles to identify relationship expansion opportunities.
• Utilize indirect cross-selling reports and internal opportunity reports as provided by management.
• Open new accounts and process loan production; provide teller functions as needed.
• Build exceptional rapport with members and deliver excellence in service.
• Support marketing initiatives within the branch and engage in lobby coverage and concierge duties.
