Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Digital Learning Experience Consultant to partner with Learning Architects, content owners, and stakeholders. The role focuses on translating learning strategies into engaging, scalable digital solutions within the J&J Innovative Medicine ecosystem and approved platforms.

The consultant will design, configure, test, and deploy learning experiences, ensuring accessibility, governance, and learner-centric outcomes across campaigns and programs.

• Strong ability to translate learning design strategies into scalable digital learning experiences.
• Strong understanding of learning data and how it impacts the design and implementation of learning solutions, including permissions, content deployment, security, metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning Architects, SMEs, and business stakeholders to transform learning strategies into engaging digital learning experiences.
• Design and configure learning experiences using technologies within the enterprise learning ecosystem and approved learning platforms.
• Provide guidance on digital learning approaches, interactions, media, and technology capabilities that best support learner needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define content requirements and implementation approaches.
• Build, configure, test, and quality-check learning assets to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Manage content deployment activities, learner journeys, metadata, permissions, and platform configurations as required.
• Partner with analysts and operations resources to support content publication, maintenance, and execution of learning initiatives.
• Ensure digital learning experiences align with established standards, templates, accessibility requirements, and governance processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on how enterprise learning technologies can be combined to create effective learner experiences.

The Digital Learning Experience Consultant partners with Learning Architects, content owners, and business stakeholders to create engaging, intuitive, and instructionally sound digital learning experiences. Leveraging technologies within the J&J Innovative Medicine learning ecosystem and other approved learning tools, this role translates learning strategies into scalable digital solutions that drive performance and business outcomes. The consultant serves as a creative and technical expert who helps bring learning experiences to life, ensuring experiences are learner-centered, visually engaging, and operationally excellent.

What will you do?

• Partner with Learning Architects, SMEs, and business stakeholders to transform learning strategies into engaging digital learning experiences.
• Design and configure learning experiences using technologies within the enterprise learning ecosystem and approved learning platforms.
• Provide guidance on digital learning approaches, interactions, media, and technology capabilities that best support learner needs and business objectives.

Requirements

Role-specific Skills:

• Solid grasp of L&D processes and platforms, and experience administering them so that we can evolve our offerings.
• Strong ability to translate learning design strategies into effective, scalable digital learning experiences using available technologies and design patterns.
• Strong appreciation and understanding of learning data and how it impacts the design and implementation of learning solutions (permissions, content deployment, security, metrics, etc.) and ensure user experiences that are in support of learning initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of productivity tools.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $60/hr. but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
