Job summary

Bay Path RVTHS in Charlton, MA seeks a Digital Learning Center Paraprofessional to support students with digital learning, assist with ISS, and help maintain a quiet, productive learning space.

You will supervise after-school DLC hours, collaborate with teachers and staff, and manage room usage and equipment. Requires a High School Diploma; associate degree or ParaPro preferred; wage ranges from $20.52 to $27.08 per hour; 10-month term.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate Degree, 60+ college credits, or passing score on the ParaPro Assessment preferred.
• Experience working with adolescents in an educational, tutoring, or supervisory setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with digital coursework and online electives.
• Monitor student progress and engagement using DLC technology.
• Assist students with basic technology troubleshooting (login issues, LMS navigation).
• Help students develop study habits and time-management skills.
• Supervise students in In-School Suspension within the DLC.
• Collaborate with teachers to schedule space usage and track needs.
• Maintain room environment and equipment inventory.
