Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in training development and eLearning content creation.
Experience with LMS platforms and development using HTML/CSS.
Knowledge of accessibility standards is preferred.
Responsibilities
Design and develop online training modules for the Organic Integrity Learning Center.
Create instructional content, lesson materials, quizzes, and assessments.
Update and maintain existing training modules.
