Job summary

Cursive operates a Mason, OH based label production facility where you will run narrow-web flexographic presses and digital finishing equipment to produce pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves for a range of brands. You will own make-readies, maintain quality, and report issues to supervisors, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers full-time hours on 2nd shift or weekend shifts, with on-site parking and a path for hands-on skill development in a modern plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate narrow-web flexographic presses and digital finishing equipment.
• Perform make-readies and setups: plate mounting, die changes, register, tension.
• Prepare tooling, plates, inks, and substrates for each run.
• Monitor print quality and color accuracy to customer specs.
• Train newer operators and support teammates.
• Record shop floor and production data accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
