Job summary

CMC Group, located in Bowling Green, Ohio, seeks a motivated individual to join the Production Team. This role prints digital labels on various substrates for finishing applications and requires strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating a digital press, verifying files and colors, and troubleshooting issues while staying safety-conscious and collaborative with the team. High School diploma or GED is required; temp training is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• HP Beginner Level training is not required, but helpful.
• Experience with digital printing is advantageous.
• Must be able to handle physical workload and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor digital press to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Verify art files, substrates, colors, and job tickets prior to printing.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and take initiative to resolve problems.
• Inform Supervisor or Team Lead of key issues daily.
• Set a good example by working hard, being a team player and following policies.
• Assume other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
