Job summary

KDM is seeking Digital Lead Operators in Cincinnati, OH for the 2nd and 3rd shifts to lead daily digital print production, ensure quality, and maximize equipment performance. You will guide a team, coordinate priorities with management, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital print, printing, graphics, signage, POP display, or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or training team members.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital press operators during daily production activities.
• Monitor workflow and ensure production schedules and deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinate job priorities with production management.
• Operate and oversee digital printing equipment for retail graphics, signage, and displays.
• Perform machine setup, preventive maintenance, and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Verify print quality, color management, and finished product specifications.
• Train and mentor new and existing operators; promote safe, efficient procedures.
