Job Description

The AbbVie Digital Lab is transforming marketing at AbbVie, accelerating smarter healthcare, with a mission to transform the way we drive impact by designing and delivering the best insight-driven customer experiences.

The Digital Lab Omnichannel Strategy Manager (G18) will lead and drive programs (projects and initiatives) to meet objectives for US Commercial or Medical Affairs. Effectively provide guidance and enhance omnichannel activities through aligning, training, supervising, administrating, coaching, and program/project/metric tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Brand Teams and Scientific Directors, to drive implementation of new and existing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program manage the activation of omnichannel and digital marketing strategies aligned with the strategic imperatives of the Integrated Brand Team (IBT).
  • Lead and program manage cross-functional teams to drive omnichannel marketing aligned with brand blueprints, including managing communication, planning, control, and execution of projects.
  • Support overall Digital Lab engagement with Brand and Medical Affairs leadership, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and exceeding expectations.
  • Serve as brand/TA steward within the Digital Lab, providing deep strategy knowledge and leadership.
  • Execute and coordinate priorities across cross-functional partners to drive digital transformation within the brand.
Qualifications
  • Strong account management, communication, and program management skills, with the ability to lead multiple teams and oversee a portfolio of projects.
  • Experience with digital/multichannel/omnichannel marketing, including measurement and optimization of tactics.
  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred. 5-7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
