We're expanding our digital footprint and looking for a Full-Stack Marketing & Web Strategy Manager to lead the charge in transforming how we connect with and serve our community online. We’re seeking someone who is dynamic and highly skilled to spearhead our multi-channel marketing efforts and oversee the strategy and performance of our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who is a strategist and executor, with a strong grasp of content trends, digital performance analytics, and web development best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Stories, and Facebook Stories. Collaborate closely with the Content Creator for campaign development and execution.
- Website Management & Optimization
- Leverage advanced WordPress skills to build and maintain high-converting landing pages and sales funnels. Ensure the site is optimized for SEO and aligned with campaign goals.
- Digital Advertising Oversight
- Partner with our Digital Ads Manager to strategize and refine Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Ensure optimal use of the advertising budget for maximum reach and effectiveness in targeting potential clients.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze and report on website traffic, ad performance, and social engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and monthly ROI reports, including detailed analysis of Google Analytics, website traffic, and social media engagement. Use data insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a small marketing team, including a content creator and digital ads manager. Align tasks with strategic goals and ensure timely execution.
- SEO & Local Search Optimization
- Ensure content is search-optimized, leveraging keyword strategies, geotagging, backlink integration, and localized content tactics to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging tools to ensure the firm stays competitive and innovative in its digital outreach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and web strategy/web development (legal or professional services sector a plus).
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, social media platforms, and digital advertising tools such as SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong grasp of social media trends and best practices across video and short-form content platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Leadership and project management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Creative thinking and a strong visual/design sensibility.
Compensation: $8 hourly
