Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Danville, KY, seeks a Digital & IT Team Lead to drive strategic IT & business systems initiatives across BSD Distribution Center and Carbon sites. You will lead a gteam, partner with internal customers, and guide systems delivery from design to implementation.

The role requires strong leadership, deep aerospace experience in operations and manufacturing systems, and a track record of improving system reliability and compliance with SOX and CMMC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or technology-related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Business Systems.
• Experience with Operations, Manufacturing and Quality Systems preferably in Aerospace.
• Knowledge of database programming: SQL, PL/SQL, DB2, IMS.
• Experience with data reporting tools: Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Experience with SAP MES, SAP ECC or similar and integrations with business systems.
• Demonstrated team leadership, including experience with direct reports and contractors.
• Strong business analysis experience and skillset.
• Ability to develop use cases, functional specs, and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital & IT Systems strategy for BSD DC and Carbon sites.
• Provide leadership and drive innovation and accountability within the team.
• Interact with internal customers to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Analyze business processes and lead project teams through analysis and design.
• Guide development and management of IT & Digital systems and services.
