• Develop and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions; modify IT systems to improve and reduce costs.
• Evaluate and modify existing technology to meet changing business requirements or equipment configurations.
• Develop procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology (on premise and Cloud).
• Develop training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions.
• Provide after-hour technical support as needed.
• May be assigned to various IT disciplines: Application Programming, Software Support, Database Administration, PC Support, LAN/WAN Support, Help Desk, Engineering Systems, IT Security, Business Systems (MSS, JDE, SAP or related).

Position Summary

The Digital & IT Associate is responsible for analyzing use and needs, then developing and applying current information technology to satisfy business requirements or solve business related issues. With direct supervision, assists more senior IT professionals to coordinate IT initiatives. This position collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts, and end users and does not have direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations to streamline & simplify processes.
• Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions Recommends modifications of basic Digital and IT systems to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost
• Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations
• Develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology - both on premise and Cloud based
• Develops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions
• Provide after-hour technical support as needed
