Qualifications

• 2+ years in media monitoring or digital analytics.
• Strong interest in news, politics and public policy.
• Data-driven with ability to work with numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social and traditional media monitoring software.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, and deep-dip reports summarizing online conversations.
• Plan deep-dip and longer-term research projects and map analytical methods.
• Provide rapid response monitoring in crisis/breaking news situations.
• Coordinate data collection from monitoring tools and code open-ended data.
• Build dashboards in Tableau and other visualization tools.
• Stay current with digital analytics landscape and new tools.
