Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in research, analytics, or related field; internship counts.

Responsibilities

• Execute social listening and media intelligence workflows, including building and refining Boolean queries, dashboards, and narrative/sentiment trends.
• Support primary research projects including surveys, focus groups, and interviews, owning tasks like drafting, programming, data cleaning, and cross-tab review.
• Analyze data across social, survey, qualitative, and secondary sources to inform client communications and public affairs strategy.
• Identify trends and flag key findings, moving from observation to insight.
• Perform quality control checks on quantitative and qualitative data to ensure accuracy in client deliverables.
