Business Centric Technology is hiring an Innovation Digital Product Manager to lead discovery, ideation, and development of new digital products in retirement and related spaces. You will identify unmet needs of SMB owners and affluent employees, study market trends, evaluate new technologies, and design forward-thinking solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, strategy, or innovation roles leading digital, B2C initiatives.
• Experience leading early-stage, ambiguous, or zero-to-one initiatives.
• Willingness to lead AI-first initiatives from concept through deployment.
• Ability to work with vendors and internal teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong foundation in customer research, prototyping, and early-stage product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking to assess product-market fit and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging trends, client needs, and competitor innovations across retirement, wealth, and benefits.
• Generate, validate, and prioritize new product ideas aligned with growth.
• Lead product development from discovery and strategy through execution and launch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities.
• Partner with engineering and design to set strategy, refine requirements, and deliver releases on time.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback-driven iteration.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Design, prototype, and test early-stage solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead pilot programs to evaluate product-market fit and ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain the long-term roadmap.

Job description

We are hiring an Innovation Digital Product Manager to lead discovery, ideation, and development of new digital products and services in the retirement space and beyond. This role will focus on identifying unmet needs among owners and affluent employees of small and medium-sized businesses, researching market trends, evaluating new technologies, and designing forward-thinking solutions.

This is a direct-hire position working onsite (75 days/year remote) in Carrollton, TX.

COMP

$154K - $180K OTE depending on the candidate's experience, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
