Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching successful software products from conception to market.
• Strong familiarity with emerging technology trends (such as advanced AI/ML, automation, or digital health tools) and their enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 product development experience navigating ambiguity and leading rapid prototyping, MVP validation, and "test and learn" lifecycles.
• Strong background within the healthcare industry, with familiarity in value-based care, patient platforms, or chronic disease management preferred.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build compelling business cases.

Responsabilités

• Spearheading the strategic vision and roadmap for emerging digital technologies, evaluating market trends and competitive positioning.
• Managing the end-to-end 0-to-1 product lifecycle for new innovation initiatives, from initial discovery and rapid prototyping to pilot launch and validation.
• Designing and executing agile proofs-of-concepts (PoCs) to test technical feasibility, user adoption, and financial return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and external vendors to safely deploy scalable solutions.
• Defining and tracking OKRs to measure pilot performance, using data-driven insights to determine whether to scale, pivot, or sunset initiatives.

In this 0-to-1 product role, you will lead the charge in exploring, testing, and scaling cutting-edge technologies for a transformative platform.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
