Job summary

Baesman Group, Inc. is seeking a dependable Digital Inkjet Web Press Operator for our 3rd Shift Production team. You will operate and monitor high-speed inkjet presses and help maintain quality on automated production lines.

Training is provided for those new to printing or automated manufacturing, with emphasis on setup, adjustment, documentation, and safety. The role offers overtime opportunities and a path toward growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn automated production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience operating multi-color production equipment preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in printing, packaging, corrugated, plastics, food manufacturing, converting, mailing, or similar automated production environments is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed digital inkjet web press equipment.
• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Complete production documentation and maintain a safe work area.
• Work with teammates to meet production goals.
