Job summary

Japs-Olson Company, LLC is seeking an Ink Jet Operator to set up, operate, and maintain commercial web presses and Versamark Ink Jet systems. This role focuses on producing high-quality print, minimizing waste, and upholding a safe production environment.

The candidate will operate high-speed inkjet systems, verify files, calibrate presses, and handle data-driven personalization. Night shift and competitive benefits are offered in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating web presses and inkjet systems.
• Kodak Versamark Ink Jet experience required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Versamark inkjet systems to produce high-quality output.
• Set up jobs per production specifications, including file verification and press calibration.
• Work with variable data files to ensure accurate personalization and data integrity.
• Perform routine press checks and monitor spoilage to minimize waste and costs.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance and ongoing training for equipment and processes.
