Job summary

Baesman Group in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Digital Inkjet Web Press Operator for our 3rd Shift Production team. If you are mechanically inclined, detail oriented, and eager to learn on high-speed digital inkjet web presses, we will provide training to help you succeed.

You will operate and monitor equipment, set up and adjust for quality, perform inspections, document production records, and work with teammates to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn automated production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience operating multi-color production equipment preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in printing, packaging, corrugated, plastics, or related fields is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed digital inkjet web press equipment.
• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Complete production documentation and maintain a safe work area.
• Work with teammates to meet production goals.
