Job summary

iMemories is seeking a Digital Associate to support our digital asset workflow in Scottsdale. You will upload/download files, perform basic edits, and organize media for archiving and delivery. This role requires attention to detail and comfort with various file formats and editing tools.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years experience with film/photo formats, plus familiarity with Photoshop, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro, and work well in a fast-paced setting using MAC/PC platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years knowledge of film & photo formats preferred.
• Solid experience with different file structures.
• Experience with basic editing skills.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro is preferred.
• Experienced in using file servers and understanding of file sharing concepts.
• Solid experience with digital media and various file formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, DV, MPEG, etc.)
• Detail oriented, MAC and/or PC proficient, able to work fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Uploading and downloading of digital files.
• Basic editing (for file manipulation).
• Organizing, labeling and management of digital files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
