GH Engage is supporting a leading infrastructure investor in building out a rapidly scaling data center and digital infrastructure platform. The team seeks Analysts, Associates and VPs from Investment Banking and infrastructure finance backgrounds who are eager to move closer to the asset side and into an operator-facing environment.

Relevant experience includes infrastructure/digital infrastructure investment banking, power & utilities, project finance, structured finance, and data center

Competenze

• Experience in infrastructure or data center finance.
• Background in investment banking with capital markets exposure.
• Ability to advise on or invest in large-scale contracted assets.

Mansioni

• Support capital deployment and financing strategy.
• Assist in investment decisions and development initiatives.
• Work with senior leadership on platform growth and scale.

We are supporting a leading infrastructure investor with the build-out of one of its portfolio companies - a rapidly scaling data center and digital infrastructure platform.

As the business continues to deploy significant capital across large-scale data center, power and AI infrastructure projects, it is expanding its finance team across:

• Capital Markets
• Project / Infrastructure Finance
• Corporate Development
• Investments
• Strategic Finance

We are particularly interested in speaking with Analysts, Associates and VPs from Investment Banking and infrastructure finance backgrounds who are interested in moving closer to the asset and into an operator-side environment.

Relevant experience could include:

• Infrastructure / Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking
• Power & Utilities
• Project Finance
• Structured Finance
• Leveraged / Acquisition Finance
• Infrastructure Private Equity / Credit
• Data Centers / Telecom Infrastructure

The opportunity provides direct exposure to capital deployment, financing strategy, investment decisions, development and long-term platform growth - working alongside senior leadership as the business scales.

Direct data center experience is not essential. Experience financing, advising on or investing in large-scale infrastructure and contracted assets can translate extremely well.
