Job summary

Madison Hunt, partnering with a leading global asset manager, is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its New York investment team focused on digital infrastructure and adjacent sectors.

Responsibilities include evaluating opportunities across data centers, connectivity, and power; building detailed financial models; conducting due diligence; supporting deal execution; and preparing investment committee materials and portfolio monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant investment experience (IB, PE or similar).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities.
• Interest in digital infrastructure, data centers, telecoms, power, or related infra.
• Experience in infrastructure, TMT, power & utilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a lean, collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities across digital infrastructure, including data centers, fiber networks, connectivity, power, and related assets.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, investment returns, and scenario analyses.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on prospective investments.
• Support transaction execution, including deal structuring, financing, and negotiations.
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and investment recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic value creation initiatives.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging investment themes across digital infrastructure and power.
