Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or a related investing role.
• Meaningful transaction execution experience and a strong understanding of the investment process.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Experience independently owning significant portions of an investment process.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail and the ability to communicate investment conclusions clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and mentor junior team members.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
• Prior digital infrastructure experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in infrastructure, technology, industrials, communications or other relevant sectors are welcome

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across data centers, fiber, wireless infrastructure, cloud / IT services and adjacent sectors
• Build and review detailed financial models, returns analyses and transaction structures
• Develop investment theses and prepare investment committee materials for senior team members
• Lead due diligence and transaction execution, including valuation, financing and structuring
• Partner with operating, commercial and engineering teams on development and value-creation initiatives
• Take ownership of transactions and workstreams, managing junior team members and coordinating advisors
