Job summary

Madison Hunt is partnering with a leading, first-time Infrastructure investment firm to recruit an Associate for its Miami-based team. This role offers exposure to Power and Digital Infrastructure investments and close collaboration with senior investment professionals to evaluate and execute opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of investment banking, PE, or related investing experience, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related investing role.
• Experience across Power, Digital Infrastructure, or other relevant sectors.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and industry research.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess returns, downside scenarios, and value creation opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and transaction analyses.
• Support deal execution from initial evaluation through due diligence, structuring, and closing.
• Conduct market research and develop investment theses across target sectors.
• Collaborate with senior team members on portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives.
