Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience leading cross functional teams, market development, or digital portfolio growth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital strategy for the assigned industry, aligning capabilities with trends and client needs.
• Drive digital growth by identifying opportunities and shaping go-to-market plans.
• Serve as strategic advisor to industry leaders and key clients on digital transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to assess needs and design digital strategies.
• Collaborate across service lines and geographies to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Promote digital offerings with training and adoption support internally.
• Develop industry-facing content such as thought leadership and webinars.
• Oversee revenue impact by supporting FP&A, opportunity creation, and CRM accuracy.
• Monitor industry dynamics to inform strategy and adjust offerings.
• Mentor and develop Digital team members specializing in the industry.
