Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Digital Specialist I to accurately prepare and scan high volumes of data into digital images, maintaining quality and efficiency within departmental standards.

The role requires precise handling of customer specifications, routine equipment maintenance, and teamwork to support a fast-paced digitization process. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines while upholding professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scan paper documents per customer specs.
• Accept changes to specs as customer needs evolve.
• Use automatic feeder and flatbed scanner for various sizes.
• Set scanner parameters to ensure accurate handling per specs.
• Maintain/clean scanner daily to preserve image quality.
• Log document/box numbers for retrieval.
• Assist teammates with document prep and indexing.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
