Job summary

• Experience with digital scanning workflow and image quality standards.
• Ability to locate client files in the system and route scans correctly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scan paper documents according to customer specs.
• Accept changes to specifications as needs evolve.
• Use automatic feeder and flatbed scanner for various sizes.
• Set scanner parameters per job to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and clean scanners to ensure image quality.
• Log document/box numbers for retrieval.
• Assist team with preparation and indexing.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor or Director of Operations.
