Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Digital Image Operator for our New Jersey facility to work on a fast-paced production line. The role focuses on setting up presses, monitoring quality, and maintaining equipment on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday).

We offer DailyPay and a competitive hourly range ($24.00–$25.00). Candidates should have mechanical/technical aptitude, basic math, and strong computer skills to handle job orders and files.

Responsibilities

• Carry out accurately and precisely detailed instructions from job orders. Identify possible errors or problems and take prompt action to correct.
• Set up/adjust press for job runs to meet specifications.
• Monitor product for quality during job runs. Check preciseness of detail against specifications. Take action to correct any problems.
• Monitor equipment during job runs. Remain alert to mechanical problems and refer as necessary to maintenance.
• Initiate the start up and running of jobs in keeping with production schedule.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Meet standards for output, waste, and spoilage.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines. Keep workspace clean and organized for efficiency in shift changeovers.
• Complete with accuracy related logs and paperwork.

Your Responsibilities:

Your Shift:

2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Monday - Friday

You Must Have:

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• 2+ years of experience in a printing environment
• High school education or equivalent

Compensation Transparency

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
