PHP Staging Mobile Taleo in Dayton, OH is seeking a Digital Health & Technology Intern to join our I.T. Customer Support team.

++Essential Duties & Functions++

Receives assignments and works under supervision of his/her immediate manager or senior-level team member

1. Demonstrates progressive growth in capabilities, productivity, and delivery as capability and capacity develops.

1. Provides technical support to System Designers, System Builders, Customer Support Desk, and Field Support staff.

1. User provisioning.

1. Certificate tracking.

1. Finger printing.

1. Workstation and printer file creation for import.

1. Directory, distribution list maintenance.

1. Meeting equipment room set up.

1. Configuring devices such as iPhones, Vocera devices.

1. Building/configuring PC/Laptops.

1. Building configuring Servers.

Minimum Level of Education Required: High School Completion / GED High School completion / GED

Currently pursuing an interest in Technology related fields. Preference of pursuing certification or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
