Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a skilled contracts attorney to draft, review, and negotiate payer/customer and vendor agreements, MSAs, BAAs/DPAs, and SOWs, ensuring terms are favorable and operationally sound.

You will partner with Product, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and Marketing to ensure compliance with HIPAA, AKS, Stark, FDA requirements, and data protection practices, while improving templates and playbooks to shorten cycle times.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements using playbooks and clause libraries, including sell-side and buy-side contracts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure terms are favorable and operationally-minded.
• Manage redlines, issues lists, internal alignment, and approval workflows through execution.
• Maintain and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to reduce cycle time and drive consistency.
• Negotiate and document SLAs, data handling/retention, audit rights, and termination/transition provisions.
