Job summary

Welldoc Inc., a leader in digital health, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge internal teams and customers in delivering mobile and digital health products. You will elicit and validate requirements, lead JAD sessions, and collaborate with UX to craft wireframes for web and mobile platforms.

You will work within ISO 13485, MDSAP regulated and HITRUST environments, supporting a collaborative, high-quality culture with cross-functional teams and offshore partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an analyst in a healthcare-focused company.
• Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus (not healthcare insurance).
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• General understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Visio and Acrobat.
• Elicitation and analysis of requirements.
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiar with web and mobile development tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, evaluate and document business and clinical requirements with SMEs.
• Lead joint application development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to define user experience and create wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web.
• Participate in Agile development to ensure clarity and transparency in delivery.
• Contribute to iteration planning for releases and sprint velocity.
• Write epics and user stories for onshore and offshore teams.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and diagrams to illustrate user needs.
• Lead user acceptance testing activities.
