Job summary

Booz Allen is offering an Electrical Design and Verification Intern role focused on digital logic design and hardware verification for national security microelectronics. You will translate requirements into hardware specs, develop RTL, and build reusable verification components for sophisticated digital systems.

As part of a government-facing team, you will gain hands-on experience with RTL development, functional verification, and semiconductor workflows while contributing to mission-critical

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering with expected graduation Spring 2030.
• Knowledge of digital logic design concepts (Boolean logic, FSMs, combinational and sequential logic).
• Experience with Verilog or SystemVerilog for hardware design and verification.
• Ability to use Python/C/Tcl/Bash for engineering or test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and verify digital circuits for microelectronic systems.
• Develop RTL using HDL and create verification environments and testbenches.
• Create and execute verification plans, analyze coverage, and troubleshoot bugs.
