Qualifications

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience including website management, SEO, social media, and paid campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Excellent writing and editing for public audiences.
• Data-driven mindset turning numbers into action.
• Creative and curious about improving audience engagement and results.

Responsibilities

• Own the website: manage updates, content, campaigns, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and manage digital content that connects with our audience and supports business goals.
• Analyze how people move through the website and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Use Google Analytics to understand traffic, user behavior, and performance drivers.
• Use Google Search Console to identify and troubleshoot technical issues affecting search performance.
• Leverage tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to improve tracking, targeting, and campaign performance.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Use AI-powered tools to speed up content creation, improve campaign efficiency, and uncover insights.
• Take on special projects to enhance our digital presence and marketing results.
