C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day digital experience, manage the Slayton site, and drive campaigns. You will blend creativity with analytics to improve engagement and results.

Responsibilities include content management, SEO, analytics, and AI-assisted optimization, with in-person work at our Slayton, MN store. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience including website management, SEO, social media, and paid campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Excellent writing and editing for public audiences.
• A data-driven mindset with ability to translate numbers into action.
• Strong problem-solving and curiosity to improve engagement and results.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up content and campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Own the website: manage updates, content, campaigns, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and manage digital content that supports business goals.
• Analyze user flow and identify opportunities to improve experience.
• Use Google Analytics to understand traffic and results.
• Use Google Search Console to identify and fix search issues.
• Leverage GTM and Google Ads to improve tracking and campaigns.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
• Use AI tools to speed up content and gain insights.
• Take on special projects to enhance digital presence and marketing results.
